I have prepared appraisals for IRS estate settlements, probates and dissolutions. I have had my deposition taken and qualified as an expert witness before various divisions of the Superior Court of the State of California, San Mateo County and Los Angeles County, in connection with the valuation of real estate in San Mateo County and Standard of Practice issues relative to real estate practitioners, both sales agents and brokers.

I have been a top-producing agent with RE/MAX Dolphin, all offices, every year since 1988. I have been in the top 10% in closed sales active in our entire association of Realtors every year since 1988.

The nature of my practice has enabled me to expertly guide clients, both as an agent and as a consultant, through the complex maze of regulations within San Mateo County. I have extensive experience regarding land use, building, sub-division, density credit transfers, lot line adjustments and parcel legalization, both in and out of the San Mateo County Coastal zone.

I have served on three committees to which the San Mateo County Board of Supervisors appointed me. They were charged with re-writing the County horse keeping regulations, re-writing requirements for septic systems within the County and re-writing the regulations concerning on site water systems for all County regulated properties. I also serve on the Half Moon Bay-Coastside Chamber of Commerce
Economic Development Committee.
